We believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to live with dignity and independence. Our Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) services are designed to provide essential daily support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them manage tasks at home and engage confidently in their community.
🌟 What Is Participant Assistance & Care? PAC is a flexible, direct support service offered through the Family Support (FS) Waiver.
